Research Use Disclaimer
All products sold by Auswide Peptides are supplied strictly for legitimate in-vitro scientific research purposes only. They are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary therapeutic use.
Products must not be:
- Administered to humans or animals
- Used as food additives, supplements, or cosmetic ingredients
- Resold to third parties without express written permission from Auswide Peptides
- Used for any purpose other than lawful scientific research
By completing a purchase on this website, the buyer confirms they are a qualified researcher acquiring these materials for a lawful research purpose and accepts full responsibility for ensuring their use complies with all applicable Commonwealth, state, and territory legislation.
Terms of Sale
Orders
All orders are subject to stock availability. Auswide Peptides reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including where the stated research purpose appears inconsistent with legitimate scientific research.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order completion.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. Auswide Peptides does not store credit card or payment details. All transactions are encrypted via SSL.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.
Shipping Policy
Auswide Peptides ships within Australia only. We do not currently accept international orders.
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post. A tracking number is provided by email upon dispatch.
Free Express Post applies to all orders over $150 AUD. Orders below this threshold are charged at a flat rate displayed at checkout.
Auswide Peptides packs all orders in secure outer packaging. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for short transit periods. We recommend refrigerating your order promptly upon receipt.
Auswide Peptides is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer, or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemical products, Auswide Peptides does not accept returns of opened or used products.
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, incorrect, or does not match its documented specification, please contact orders@auswidepeptides.com.au within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence where possible. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
Auswide Peptides is not obligated to provide a refund or replacement where products have been stored or handled incorrectly following receipt.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. We do not collect or store payment card information.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to process your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and maintain records required by law. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third parties
We share your delivery address with Australia Post for the purpose of dispatching your order. We use a secure payment processor to handle transactions — this processor receives payment details but Auswide Peptides does not retain them.
Your rights
